How to Respond to a Data Breach or Cyber Incident: Resilience Masterclass for Executives
Help your Organisation Prepare, Respond and Recover from a Cyber Attack or a Data Breach in a post-GDPR world
"There are only two types of companies: those that have been hacked, and those that will be."
(Robert Mueller, former FBI Director)
Data breaches and cyber incidents are very real business risks and thanks to the GDPR, cyber security is a board room issue and strategic priority for all business owners. The threat landscape is incredibly dynamic, but it's how you manage the risk and mitigate the potential for reputational damage and losses which counts. Forewarned is forearmed and with the right advice, you can take preventative measures, plan for data breaches and cyber attacks, and build organisational resilienceso you are ready to respond effectively.
At our executive workshop, Nic Miller and Sorcha Lorimer, as your expert course leaders, will use our two decades of combined cyber, digital risk, brand communications and GDPRexpertise to brief you on the post-GDPR threat environment and guide you through the key steps to building your Incident Response Plan so that you're equipped to deal with key threat scenarios for your business.
Your Masterclass will be packed full of case studies, real world examples and interactive exercises, including a breach simulation. We'll also show you how to make security and compliance the hero of your brand story and how to turn a breach from a disaster to an opportunity for brand resilience, better digital capability and customer focus.
